I wanted a cute polka dot mini skirt and this absolutely is that. It is low rise and it is very short. The black is true black and the white is bright white. My only true issue is it’s actually too short. It’s probably really cute on the right person but it barely covers my backside. It doesn’t have stretch but it’s remarkably comfortable if it was just a slight bit longer, I would have loved it. All in all, it’s affordable.
