The media could not be loaded. After struggling with our old juicer which was a centrifugal type juicer, this would get out of balance easily and would vibrate like crazy, even when unplugged, this one is a dream to use. I like the system where it separates the juice from the pulp and you don't need to stop to clean the bowl out. Works great with all hard fruit and vegetables. As soon as you get this, you know it's a good quality product, it's easy to install, makes very little noise when using it, it squeezes the juice very quickly, and it separates the juice from the useless residue and squeezes it out. The juice has no mixture and is easy to clean up after use, which is another plus, I love it, five stars! Read more

Long story. I had posted this original review in June 2022. "It worked fine the first 2.5 months -- the juicing was fine even though the filter was a bit hard to clean. After that, despite my following the care instructions in the manual, the juicer became non-functional because the masticator plastic was bent out of shape slightly along the base just in the course of regular juicing! The problem with this product is its cheap build quality/materials. My advice to folks considering this juicer is to look elsewhere." I am updating the rating to five stars because the company followed up with me (it took them a month, but still, credit to them for following up) and sent a brand new replacement no questions asked. Reviewed a lot of different machines and chose this one mainly for juicing my celery. I am pleasantly surprised how well it works, as other reviews indicate. Have been at it for only 4 days, but it works great, also on the celery leaves. Am very happy not to have gone for more expensive one, since I am not sure how long I will be into juicing. It juices pretty fast, it has a small chute but as long as you don’t put too much into it it works well. It is easy to assemble and clean with easy and clear instructions and given tools. I clean it well after each use, think it is especially important to care for filter to keep juice well filtered. Pulp is dry enough, have also put pulp through juicer again and squirt out a little more juice, but do not find it worth my effort. The description of the item was incorrect, it does not have a metal blade as advertised. In addition to that, when I received the item and took it out of the package I heard a rattling. Under further inspection I found that the fan fins to the motor were the rattling. I will be returning this item and will update the review once I receive the new item. Read more
