Very nice juicer/squeezer! This thing is huge. It definitely would fit a smaller/medium orange. We use it for lemons, which only take up half of the space. It does get a lot of the juice squeezed out, and the holes are not too big so the seeds do not get squeezed out too. It does not get every drop of juice (I could still squeeze more out with my hands), but it beats doing it all by hand and having to pick out the seeds for sure! Read more
Based on a couple of reviews, I was unsure how this stainless steel juicer would work. After using it about a half dozen times I can say that this juicer works well. I have used it on both lemons and limes. It juiced both fruits easily and well. One big sized lemon required me to rearrange it after the first squeeze but I was able to extract all the juice with little effort. It cleans easily under running water but since it is made from stainless steel could easily be placed in the dishwasher. I have nothing but good things to say about this juicer and recommend it. This is not your ordinary lemon juicer. In fact, it can probably juice a small grapefruit. I'm ok with the size; in fact, I was pleasantly surprised bc it gives us a broader range of juicing options. In my hand, this feels solid - like they used quality steel. It's dense and doesn't feel flimsy nor likely to slip. Interestingly, I realized I've been inserting the lemon the wrong direction all this time. I usually insert so the lemon sits along the curve. If you look at the photos you'll notice it's the opposite and it work so much better. Read more
The ergonomics on this squeezer are way off; my husband has extremely strong hands and he was not able to get enough leverage to squeeze more than half the juice out of a standard lime (we tried various sizes, as well as a lemon). You get about half the juice out, and then that's as far as it'll go. You have to do the rest by hand, which totally defeats the purpose of having a squeezer. Read more
This is exactly what we needed. We compared this to another type of lemon squeezer and this worked just as well (if not better). Key thing is you need to make sure this type of squeezer works for you since it requires a good amount of hand/arm strength. I can't comment on longevity so will update on that in a year or so.
