My son slept through his first day of work in his new job. The sound of his old alarm clock, loud as it was (fairly loud), just didn’t do the trick. Obviously, he’s a very deep sleeper, no matter how early he goes to bed. Luckily, he wasn’t fired. ‘ It was surprisingly hard to find an alarm both loud enough to wake him up but not be annoyingly loud. This does the trick. It’s also the perfect size , not taking up too much space on his bedside table, and looks attractive. - with a combination of retro and modern vibes. Woks well, nice design. Gave it four stars because it is difficult to see in the dark. The light does not light up the clock, only a small area and the lettering is a light color. If I want to see the time I have to put a light on. I am retired so not dependent on it. Read more
