This stuff is almost magical. For comparison I usually use lidocaine creams and roll ons. Lidocaine usually lasts about 30 mins to an hour for me where as this magnesium lotion, which is just as easy to apply, gives me hours of pain relief. I’ve used Ancient Minerals magnesium bath flakes with optiMSM and swear by those too. The difference is this I use on just parts of my body whereas with the bath flakes obviously that coats your whole body even though you rinse it off after it still relieves pain for hours. Very good. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a higher concentration of magnesium in it like other high concentration brands. Love the feel, and it still works pretty well. Could be higher in magnesium to knock out the muscle pinch or spasm, but overall its a good option. Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic product. It relieves my muscle spasm in a matter of minutes. It calms my cramps and my restless leg syndrome rapidly but there is a big but!!!! The pump drives me crazy, it never works never no matter how many bottles I order and I've ordered more than 20 (I also didn't know how much product I was wasting and it was a lot!!!) I didn't want to buy this because of the price, but I had it on good authority of a friend who uses it every night that it has brought her relief. She said that on the nights she doesn't use it, her legs hurt her. My daughter was in a car accident, and she has a lot of cramping and leg pain, and I decided it was worth giving a try. And she definitely hadv me reach for this to massage her legs and arms more than a dozen times! I'm a person who can be skeptical at times... And part of me wonders if it's just the massaging Factor that's helping... But, I can say that it has brought her a lot of comfort in her hours of pain. It does feel a bit pricey, but I guess if it works it works! I didn't have any issues with it coming out except for maybe initially. And that's just means I had to use a few extra pumps to get the lotion moving, but ever since then it's been easy to squeeze on her arms or legs or neck. There is no odor that I can think of. I've leaned into smell it, but it seems odorless to me. It isn't exceptionally greasy either. Yes of course it's lotion like when you put it on, but it seems to go into the skin really nicely. It's not perfectly dry of course, but it doesn't feel like a super greasy lotion, it just feels mildly lotion like on the skin. Which means, it feels just a little bit moist. Read more
