Customers say
Customers find the base layer set comfortable and soft, with an elastic waist that's not too tight, and one customer mentions sleeping in them all winter. Customers express concerns about the thickness, describing it as thin like spandex.

I am not a boy but a 5 ft. 1 and-- since gaining an unfortunate 10 lbs. this summer--125 lb. woman. I am living hand to mouth, literally, so I bought this economy 3-pack of the giant boy size 95% cotton 5% spandex pajamas on sale for around $30, what a steal, held my breath, and am thrilled! They fit! I confess there was tightness around my hips straight out of the package, but that loosened and is now a non-issue, after wearing to sleep in just once or twice. The top is long but I like it that way (it can be pull down over my hips for the hugging comfort of a stretchy t-shirt mini-dress!). I hate not being able to find nice cotton not mixed with poly these days, and when you do find 100% cotton, like what you get from Fruit of the Loom for example, it can feel rough as cardboard. Soooo, my favorite thing about this set is the lovely SOFTNESS of the cotton! I will be washing by hand until I lose this weight and a bit of shrinkage won't be critical, and then will test the only yuck color of the three --the green is harsh--in the dryer to see if softness is lost. They are NOT thick, so be aware of that, but are nice for the fall. So nice to be able to leave a review that is so positive. I am not that easy to please. ; ) Read more
Fabric is soft and stretchy. Not to thick but just warm enough to layer. Our child is wearing smaller then 2T the these fit just perfect. Color pack we chose wasn’t when we got exactly but still okay. Opted for navy and got dark purple. No itchy tags which is great for toddler. Read more

My son is in outdoor school so I bought these as a layer for him to wear during the cold months where we live. They are soft, stretchy and super comfortable for him under his snow layers. We love them! They also wash really well, and the sizing seems to be really accurate for 4T. I was worried they would be tight, as I sometimes go up to size 5 for him… but they fit perfectly. The quality was satisfactory but the size was way off. The girls 14/16 was so big my sister who wears a plus size 14/16 was able to fit them so I gave them to her. I was really disappointed. Read more

These base layers are a good purchase. They fit my son as expected, seem warm, washed well with no shrinkage. It is hard to get base layers in retail stores so I am happy I found these. It seems pricey at almost 30 bucks but break it down to 10 bucks a pair or 5 for each piece it doesn't seem too terrible. I bought an extra set for next year. Read more
