I have a much smaller, petite frame and I didn’t just want a creatine that made me hyper. This is great, I got the dragonfruit flavor and it’s very sweet almost bubble gum flavor but not intense, I’ve had it with water but it does say you can put it with your beverage of choice. So far I’m really enjoying the Animal Creatine HMB Powder. I felt like immediately after starting to use it I could feel the difference in my workouts. I’m also not feeling as sore as I was feeling prior. The only thing I question is the price. Is it worth $50 every month? I don’t have that answer yet. I want to finish the product and go for there. Usually, I don't like using powder supplements because they are chalky tasting but this stuff isn't. I load trucks all day so I'm usually pretty sore by the end of the day. I've been drinking this and I have noticed a significant change. I stay hydrated and have plenty of energy to keep me moving during the 10 hour work day.
