Attractive And Comfortable
I thought these humming bird earrings are really nice because they are set into a floral background. What do humming birds do? They get their nectar from a flower. So in essence these earrings are a mini picture. The earrings are lever back which are easy to get on and very secure. The earrings have a large presence yet they are lightweight. The Moonstone background lets the light shines through. The price is definitely apropos for these earrings. I do suggest you remove them before you get undressed because they can get snagged on your shirt. I think these earrings are charming and unique and I see myself getting a lot of use from them. Disclaimer: My rating system: EVERYTHING starts at a 5, and goes from there. I thoroughly read the descriptions and if I don't like the description, I simply don't order the item. If the product shows up as advertised they get a 5. If there are unadvertised flaws, they are duly noted and stars removed accordingly.... that being said: At the time of this review, these earrings weigh in at 2.74 grams (1.32 gram/earring) and are priced at: $30.99. For that price this seems like a good deal for sterling silver . One earring and both hooks are clearly stamped "s925" and none show influence from the rare earth magnet test. These are nice earrings, very cute. I don's see many giraffe earrings and especially for anyone practicing "Non-Violent Communication (NVC) these are a must have, in my opinion. Read more
