I had the 8 in 1, but realized I needed one more usb hub for my current setup when using dual screens, scanner, printer, and drives, this seems to do well, is a bit heavier than the previous model as expected. Good material and easy to unmount quickly from the computer. Works with usb c connections so perfect for my Surface Pro 9. Read more

I'm very pleased with my new Anker 10-in-1 USB C Hub. It is super fast and super sturdy due to the metal case. It features just about every connector type you'll ever need. My new laptop doesn't have a Network plug (suprise!) so this is just what I needed for a wired internet connection. This hub has replaced several other USB hubs I previously used. I searched for days to find a hub that was reasonably priced and had all of the features I wanted. This hub is great! If it featured a removable cable, it would be perfect. I ended up using a 2' USB C extension so that I could have this hub located on my desk further away from my computer. The placement of the ports on this is what made it ideal for me. The ethernet, HDMI and power passthrough are all on the back side so I can leave all of those things connected with cords neatly pointed towards the back of my desk. The front of the hub has the USB ports that are likely to be accessed frequently. Two 5gbps USB-A ports and a single USB-C port is more than enough for a portable hub. I got this hub for $30 and that is a great deal compared to what you get for $30 with other hubs. The normal price is $40 and that's still a decent price. Glad I found this hub!
