Did what it needed to do. Wasn't uncomfortable, as far as wearing weights go. Was a bit interesting trying to fit certain weights but once it got worn in, everything fit nicely. Nothing has torn yet since I've head it, so it's been good quality so far Read more

The media could not be loaded. I bought the 25 lb option, because I read other people's reviews that if you bought lesser weight amounts then the weights would come with fewer bars, and I thought, "okay but when I get stronger then how am I gonna get more of these bars?" So I just went all the way and bought the 25 lb option which is the max weight amount. It comes with 2 arm weight compartments & 2 leg weight compartments. (Does NOT come with the weighted vest. Some other people thought it might, and no, that's something different, but I guess these guys just didn't switch out the photo. But no biggie.) There's 40 bars in total = 25 lbs (including the arm & leg straps). 30 bars = 18 lbs. 20 bars = 12 lbs. 10 bars = 6 lbs. 2 bars = 1 lb. I'm rounding the weight to make it easier to understand, cause I don't like dealing with decimals myself. Lol. But I added pictures too if you want to see the exact amount of weight. I think it's a really great buy. I like that these weighted arm & leg straps come with heavier weights, that you get to scale up, as you get stronger, since I kept seeing only the 5 lbs (10 lbs total) wrist weights online. I really like that they're solid and not sandbags. I just think it looks cooler (haha) and will probably last me a longer time. I haven't run with them so I don't know how they'll feel, if they bounce or anything. But I walk with them on, and I think it's great. No complaints here. I think they're really awesome and would just suggest people to buy the full 25 lb option if you want to work up to that amount, without needing to go and buy another set of arm & leg straps. The wrist and leg wraps feel well-built, though I find the wider elastic strap on the arm one is barely long enough to fit, and my forearms aren’t that thick. They just reach, so they work, but the strap is quite tight. The leg wraps have plenty of strap length to fit even my thick calves. I can wear them on my arms, though they limit my joint movement a little. The weights are roughly finished with no marking indicating its weight. You just have to remember each is 5/8 of a pound. However, they are debuted so I didn’t feel any sharp edges, and the rough finish doesn’t matter when they’re being used, and you’re not going to change them out often. Read more

I am a 60 year old healthy man. I believe one of the best ways to stay healthy is staying active. I don't go to gyms, instead I use every day activities as opportunities to work out. This set of wearable weights are perfect for that purpose. I use them everyday for one hour (self imposed time limit) during walking, grass mowing, house cleaning, low impact sports or recreational activities. The weights stay in place. Doesn't sly down like other ones I have used before. I don't wear exercise clothing. Just regular T shirts and jeans. I have not washed them yet but I keep the fabric clean using a scrub brush or an air hose. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Read more

Came with no weights, I bought the 20lb version and the box felt light. After opening it, it was cause there weren’t any adjustable weights inside them. Read more

I have mixed feelings about these weights. The quality of the product seems very good. The usefulness of the product, not as much. I purchased the 30 lbs. ankle and wrist weights and that is what I got. Two bar holders for the wrists and two bar holders for the ankles. I primarily got this set for doing knee extensions before and after surgery. I am currently doing pre-hab before getting both knees replaced. I am up to 10 lbs on each ankle but that is by using two sets of sand ankle weights on each and can't go higher. With the 30 lb set, I was hoping to go up to 15 lbs on each ankle. I couldn't find a weight limit in the description so I thought I would take a chance. When I opened the box, the user manual showed a vest, two wrist weights, and two ankle weights. The box didn't include a vest but that was ok because I didn't want one. What I discovered, however, is that you can't use all the bar weights without a vest. The box includes 48 bar weights. Each wrist or ankle weight holds up to 10 bar weights each. So I have bought 8 extra bar weights I can't use at all. Each ankle weight has five pockets which hold two bar weights nicely for a total of 6.25 lbs for each ankle, which is much less than the 10 lbs I am already working with. The wrist weights also have five pockets each but they appear to have been designed for one bar weight in each pocket. The user guide says two bars each so I managed to cram in a second bar. That gives me another 6.25 lbs. Thing is, the wrist weights do not fit around ankles, and I'm not sure how well the ankles weights would fit over the wrist weights if they did. But even if they did, that would be a max of 13 lbs, one leg at a time. Kind of kludgey to justify such an expensive set. Too bad, because otherwise I like them. Read more
