These pants are incredibly comfortable and flattering! I’m 5’1” and 135 lbs, and the medium fits perfectly—the length is just right, which is rare for someone petite. The drawstring waist and pockets are a great touch, making them both stylish and functional. They’re lightweight and perfect for spring and summer. These are absolutely amazing. The quality, the color, the fit. Perfection. That being said I am 5’3” and weigh 126lbs. Amazon recommended a size M so that it what I ordered even though I am usually a Small or size 26-27 jeans. I wore the pants for a few hrs today. They were comfortable but the waist band did leave indents indicating it fits snug around the waist. Perfect length too. I ordered 2 more colors. EDIT: so I washed these pants with my other clothes and let them air dry. They shrunk 3 whole inches from the bottom!!!! (I compared them to another pair I hadn’t worn yet). I ordered these linen pants hoping I would like them, as the price was too good to pass up! The order came in overnight so I was able to take them on vacation to Florida and Georgia. They were incredibly comfortable, very “breathable”, you can dress them up or down, and affordable! The waistband has 2” elastic band with a drawstring to tighten the waist if needed. The ONLY stretch in these pants is in the waist! I ordered the small in white and tan; the fit was great! I did not need to hem them either, although they were intended to be above the ankles. I am 5’ and they were perfect length with a low wedge sandal. The pants are lined which is very nice and they have 2 front pockets. The only downside of these pants is that the tag inside the pants says, DRY CLEAN ONLY, do NOT wash! I have worn them then 3 or 4 times since I got them and I was getting ready throw them in the wash on delicates. I read the tag when I discovered the cleaning instructions. I like to wear stretchy bottoms as I have a mommy pouch and these are absolutely perfect. They are so comfy while still being dressy. I'm 5'1 weighing 180 lbs and am in a size xl, while they are stretchy I wouldn't size down. I'm short and these are perfect for me, they hit me right where they hit the model. I've washed them in cold water and have experienced no shrinking, I have never put these in the dryer. UPDATE: I accidently put these in the dryer and they didn't shrink. I'm not very tall, so finding pants that don't drag is a mission. This style is the perfect length for us vertically challenged girlies. I can wear them with flat sandals and the hem doesn't drag. The elastic waistband is thick and comfortable. The tie accent is cute. The lighter color blue is a bit see through, so I won't wear dark or patterned undergarments with these pants. Loved it until I washed it. Wash didn't hold water and did not put it in the dryer and it shrunk about 4 in in Lane and two sizes smaller everywhere else! Never ever had that happen before. Read more
I got size Medium, color Beige. I'm 5'5, 145lbs, waist 32, hips 41. I probably could've sized up to a Large for a better fit, and a little more length. I was hesitant to get these, but I needed something light to wear during a recent work trip to Bahamas. I wanted to look put together, while still being comfortable. I wore these on the plane, and I was very comfortable - not too hot or cold. I also wore them around the resort where it was hot and humid, and again, I was super comfortable! I was worried about my mom belly being emphasized, but the loose linen material helped to camouflage it! For a sleeker look, I did wear shape wear, but it really wasn't needed. They're somewhat sheer, I wore shape wear underneath and didn't have any issues with anything showing through. The pockets are deep, and they don't look too bulky when you put items in them. I carried my phone, a small wallet, and lipgloss, and my phone was really the only noticeable item in my pocket. They look cute with sneakers or sandals. I'm sure they'd look cute with heels, too. Note - At first they felt too short and frumpy, but I just adjusted how they sat on my hips and waist until I was happy. I think a t-shirt with a front tuck or knot looked really cute. They do wrinkle, but spritz them with a little water, and the wrinkles will shake right out. I took one star off because they do feel slightly rough, and they're dry-clean only. Read more
