My instinct was correct as this product was a clear winner. It comes in a resealable bag. I dissolves completely in my coffee with just a couple stirs. There is no settling at the bottom of the cup or residual product at the top. Once dissolved, there is no detectable trace of the powder. There is no texture, smell, or taste. If I did not know I had put the collagen in the cup, I honestly would have no idea it was there. It was a bit of a mental challenge the first few times to think of putting "fish" into my coffee, but I got over that very quickly as I honestly could not detect it at all. And I was really trying hard to detect it. I am about halfway through the bag at this point, and have decided to put this on automatic shipment. Love this product. It is truly unflavored! I HATE fish and any thing fish so I was very hesitant to buy this type of collagen, but from what I read it is the one I wanted. I am so impressed with this brand and the effectiveness. I immediately noticed a change in that I had so much less shedding. I mean I lose hair all the time and was always told it was my low iron. No matter how much Iron I took my hair would still fall out. After one week of adding collagen I am thrilled with the results. It is supposed to be good for joints too, but I can't really report on that. I have terrible back pain and a lot of arm and leg numbness. I have noticed the numbness lessening, but hesitate to really attribute it to adding collagen because it really could be any number of things that has it coming and going. I love the way it mixes into my hot coffee. Easily dissolves and have no idea it was added except that it changes the coffee to a lighter color (which is expected). Great product.
