I really appreciated this mat after I had developed neuropathy from a medication I was accidentally prescribed early in 2024. It was easy to move around where I needed and enabled me to stand up with less agony. durable and smoothened into curved edges that stayed flush on the floor. I use this little mat at work. We have standing desks and very hard floors. Add that my work shoes usually have zero cushioning and (low) heels, and both my hips and feet could only take it for 10 minutes before screaming at me to sit up. It was also clearly going to be a bad long term idea. Enter this mat. I chose it because it looked thick(ish), small enough to carry, wide enough to stand still on, and easy to move around. And it's all of these things. It's more comfortable than the fancy mat I got with my desk at home. No bells, no whistles. I've used the mat for several days and have noticed less foot pain from standing at my desk. It is not too squishy to throw off my balance. The size of the mat is fine for someone with smaller feet. Anyone with larger feet might want to consider sizing up to a wider, deeper mat. Read more
