Tried these, and they did absolutely nothing. They are uncomfortable and irritable. I found myself itching and readjusting several times and could never find a comfortable position for them. I tried using them for a whole month thinking my body would adjust and the discomfort would go away with habitual use. It did not. There wasn't a single night that these actually remained in place throughout the entire night and I found myself searching for them the next morning. I don’t totally understand the science, but it definitely works!! I’ve been a chronic snorer for years, my husband always said it was soothing, but recently it’s gotten worse. I tried the tennis ball trick, I tried propping myself up with pillows. I ordered these tiny devices on a whim, and the first night, hubby said I didn’t snore AT ALL!! Me and my hubby both snores. I got this to help. I recently had allergies and stuffy nose and couldn’t breathe at nite and too tired in the morning. If I could give this produce no stars I would. I have been trying anti snore devices for some time now and saw this and based on recommendations and cost decided to give it a try. Shipping was fast and it looked interesting even if I didn’t see how, it would affect snoring really. The first night I followed the (rather simple) instructions and went to sleep OK with the clip in place in my nose. About 3am I awoke to a massive nosebleed that took some time to stop. I had been using nasal sprays because of the bug I have been fighting for the last few days, so I thought it might be a problem of drying out of the nasal tissue. I stopped using the spray at all and tried the device again. Same problem, at about 3:30am massive nosebleed. Something about its grip on the nose interior or the magnets that help hold it in place causing this (?), I don’t know but the coincidence is a little hard to dismiss. Now I have not had a nosebleed problem at all before using this device and since I stopped using the device, I have not had a recurrence of the bleeds. Use at your own risk. Read more
