Tried them last night. Unfortunately, even this smaller size is too big for my nose. Because of that, the strip extended too far and I wasn't able to get them to adhere well. One side ended up lifting up & caused the strip to come off. However, having said that, the strip did open my nostrils up and I was breathing better when they were in place. Read more

I wanted to like these, but before these, I was using the breathe right brand. The breathe right brand is much more durable and sticks a lot more than these, so I think I was just a little spoiled. With these ones, somehow I end up removing them in the middle of the night and the breathe right ones I don’t. But they are a good size for female noses though. I was trying to find something that wasn’t large. I would say they are effective, I think if you’re more sound sleeper and you don’t toss and turn, they may work really well or you’re not used to the really sticky ones like I was. Read more
My wife has refused to try nasal strips because she thought they would hurt her skin. I use the name brand and they were too big for her. These were smaller and worked well. She didn't complain and I sleep much better, not awakened by her snoring. Happy. Read more
This is my first time I've ever used these over bridge style nasal passage expanding bandages. I never knew they actually worked and always thought they were some kind of gimmick. I was wrong because they sure do lift the outer walls of my nose which totally opens up the pathways. I have a deviated septum so one side is more or less closed off. If I breath in hard through my nose the deviated side plugs itself by squeezing the passage together. Using these eliminated the heavy breathing issue and my septum seems normal with this in place. Cool inventive product and it stays on too and I didn't even wipe the oils off first. It's 5 star impressive and I totally recommend. Thanks for taking some of your time with my opinion.
