I rent a townhouse and was very concerned with mounting a battery-operated ring doorbell to the exterior of the home. I didn't want issues with the leasing office. This doorbell mount is the perfect solution. It fits securely to the door with a screw style clamp and rubber bumper on the inside and outside of the mount. No damage to the door. Easy to access to remove and replace rechargeable batteries. The field of view is perfect and the mount doesn't obstruct your view of the area being monitored. Great value for the money. The mount is sturdy and the steel housing is of quality manufacturing. I purchased the black version to match our front door. It looks great and doesn't stand out too much. This is a easy solution to mounting a doorbell camera (RING) to an apartment door. Assembly and installation took about 10 minutes. This camera door mount allows for quick removal to charge the camera itself every few weeks. The fit and finish is decent and the price was reasonable. Read more

I recently purchased the Anti-Theft Ring doorbell mount for my apartment front door, and overall, I’m impressed. The casing feels extremely durable and provides great protection for the camera against tampering. Assembly was simple, and my Ring Pro doorbell fits snugly inside the mount. It also looks clean and unobtrusive on the door. I initially installed it the correct way (with the door opening to the left) and later tried mounting it on the inside door jamb for better visibility. Unfortunately, due to the layout of my apartment complex, I’m not sure this setup will work for me—though I really wish it would. That said, I would still recommend this product for its solid design and the added security it offers. In my case, I’ll likely explore other options, such as mounting directly to the foundation.
