Works really well. No noticeable smell. Down side is it is greasy. So plan ahead for clothing or bedding. This stuff was very effective on a stubborn outbreak of tinea. Look at the ingredients. I ordered this two pack for my husband who suffers from Athletes Foot every summer. He’s in hot work boots all day everyday (rain or shine). We regularly switch between using the Walmart brand (Equate) and the name brand Lotrimin. This brand Hongocura is one I hadn’t heard of before but I ordered it once I looked up its ingredients. It’s been over a week that my husband has been using it and so far…no issues. We use the ointment for prevention since we know every summer if he doesn’t use it, he’ll get it (athletes foot). We have a pool and I don't know if soaking our feet for long periods causes foot problems or genetics. Both myself and my daughter have foot issues. This product seems to be helping her itching and peeling problems more than mine. Mine is mostly irritation around my small toe. I can't say the itching has gone away completely.
