Another home run from Anua. This product is lightweight, and leaves your skin feeling firm, hydrated, and revitalized. Because it’s light on the face it can be layered if needed, or applied as a standalone. I also love that there is no unpleasant scent. It’s totally neutral. The product comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a dropper making application very easy, and ensuring that none will go to waste. My boyfriend has been dealing with melasma on his forehead-consequences of not wearing sunscreen consistently. Since this product doesn’t feel greasy or sticky I convinced him to let me apply this on his face (he wasn’t thrilled about this lol) . In less than a week the appearance of his melasma has improved significantly. Overall his skin tone also looks more even, and is starting to have a glow! Will update with photos around 4-6 weeks. When I layer moisturizer on top, I wake up with no stickiness at all—so it clearly absorbs well overnight. My skin feels soft and looks noticeably glowy and bright in the morning. I previously used products from IOPE for a little over six months, but I didn’t notice much short-term improvement with them compared to what I’ve experienced with ANUA. With this serum, I’ve seen more immediate results in how hydrated, bright, and smooth my skin looks. No breakouts! This is also the only serum I’ve been able to use consistently. If your skin can tolerate 10% niacinamide, you should give this a try. I was not completely consistent using this product but when I DID start doing so, within a month, I saw drastic improvements. Even if you don't experience the 2-week-magical-fading-of-dark-marks hype around this product, the ingredients are still very powerful and effective so allow it the time to work. Not only does it improve hyperpigmentation and dark marks, but also your skin texture and hydration, giving it a dewy appearance. As niacinamide also helps with sebum production, this product tackles acne issues. The key is to be consistent and if you can add a Vitamin C and/or Vitamin A serum to your skincare routine, you'll boost its efficacy and the timeline to get the results you desire. I found it a bit sticky so be mindful of that as well. For reference, I used Geek and Gorgeous Vitamin C serum (morning) and their 0.01% Retinal Cream (evening) along with this serum. This serum goes on nice but I dont love the scent, it is not strong but not pleasant either. I also dont see a difference after about 2 weeks or more. The serum sits on the skin a bit longer than I like as well. It is hydrating but I have others I like better. Read more

Ive been using anua’s serum for over a year now. I’ve even tried the lighter pink one but I keep restocking on this particular darker-pink one instead. Completely evens out my skin tone, removed my dark spots and gives that glass skin look. I have caramel-colored skin, and when my pimples disappear it usually leaves a scar/dark spot. This serum’s the only one I’ve tried that successfully gets rid of those dark spots in a couple weeks w/ consistent use —- otherwise, the evened tone and glass look arrive quickly. Love it!
