Pretty cool. I didn't end up using it for the intent I had when I purchased it (Headlight release-latch inside of a hatch in the wheel-wells? C'mon, RAM!), but I plugged it in, tested it, decided I'd keep it. Images are pretty good, from an inch or so and outward. Distance was not a problem. Planning on putting it down my bathtub drain when I have a moment, see what happens when I open and close the drain-stop. (Tub has a slow 'leak' when I fill it. But it ~is~ from the early 50's, I think.) Comes with a screw-on lens-protector ring (sleeve?), which you can unscrew. You would swap this with a 45-degree screw-on sleeve with a mirror, for looking to the side instead out the end. A third lens end-ring is similar to the first, looks straight out but with a hook attached, for pulling out... whatever you can hook that's in where you look? Shaft is semi rigid, flexible but slightly stiff. Will have to see how it behaves when it gets pushed into the plumbing. Read more

I have had Inspection cameras in the past, The clarity of the picture is incredible, It was very easy to set up on my iPhone 14, I plug the cable into my phone and up popped a screen saying I don't have an app for the cameras, it prompted me to click a link that took me to several camera apps, clicked on XSCOPE, downloaded and the rest was a piece of cake. All in all it took all of 5-7 minutes to get it up and running. this app lets you photo or video your inspection, a Good Value for the money, its compact and works Great! I've only used it once so far, to look inside the combustion chambers of the engine in my car. It gave a clear picture and enabled me to inspect with less disassembly. The cable length is a little longer than I'll probably ever need, but it's good to have it just the same. Read more

This works right out of the box. It found the app to work with it but treated it just like at camera initially. The app helps you estimate how far you've gone and helps you move or pickup crap in pipes (we used it for underground gutter drainage) and avoids unnecessary digging.
