Excellent quality and surround sound I bought these AOC headphones and they have surprised me a lot. The sound is powerful, clear and with very good bass, perfect for playing or listening to music. Noise cancellation works quite well and the microphone is heard clearly in online games. The wireless connection is fast and stable, without cuts, and the battery lasts several hours without problem. These have been great out of the box. they connect to my work PC with the dongle just fine with no issue. I can switch on the fly to BT to connect to my cell phone and back with no issue whatsoever. My only gripe is the mic boom . it's not the greatest at staying where you set it . an improved version would be good. Otherwise they are pretty awesome and I do love the RGB on them. I work a full 8 hrs non stop at a call center and they handle it just fine. I do charge over night to start all over again. Read more

Audio quality is good. Comfort is great. Battery life could be better, but I'm not deducting stars for that, my issue here is with the mic. It's very low compared to my Logitech, but also you can hear my breath be very loud and it bothers everybody. Once again my Logitech doesn't present this problem. This isn't just people telling me, I've heard it myself by my games test mic settings. Lots of popping and cutting out too. Maybe I have a defective product because I see good reviews for the mic, but it's not the case with me. I will have to return these. Otherwise, I like them. I was ready to return this headset and give it 1 star because I could not get the Bluetooth to work. However I reached out to the seller by email and they replied next day with steps to switch between connection types. This was not explained in the documentation. Minus one star. *The process is, once powered on, press the power button twice quickly. A message will then play indicating which connection mode is active. The headset has great sound for this price point. It is comfortable, has good build quality and the battery lasts a long time. I have not needed to recharge even after hours of gaming followed by binge watching shows. It is also is very good looking. A great feature is that it can be used while charging, if you have a long enough USB-C cable. I tried it but I haven't needed to use that feature. The included cable is not really long enough for charging while wearing the headset. Also, support from the seller by email was very good. They stated that the headset has a12 month warranty and that the product would be replaced if Bluetooth couldn't be made to work. Read more

FINAL UPDATE 12/26/2025: The AOCs work great and stays connected with cellular phone, but because I had planned to solely use the headset for wireless gaming, I never tried it with the phone until I got tired of the disconnects with my console and decided to wait until Christmas to use my replacements. Finally hooked up my Christmas gift replacement headphones (not AOCs) and they are EXCELLENT, and they also connect with my phone simultaneously with my console, and so far NO disconnects along with superb loud surround sound! So in conclusion, the AOCs are awful with console in my experience, even when using a USB hub to get heat from the dongle, but great with phone if your phone has significant battery life✌️. UPDATE 12/03/2025:Star can stay, but the headset still disconnects. It just does it a lot less than before, which says a lot about how bad it was before. Can't wait until Christmas... UPDATE 11/28/2025: While researching for another pair of headphones on the internet, I stumbled upon other brand headphones having similar issues regarding constant disconnects. While reading some of the resolutions to this problem, I found one that seemed to help with the AOCs. The headset disconnects because of the constant heat surrounding the dongle which interferes with connectivity; which makes perfect sense and what I suspected once I noticed. My other headsets before this one had a more sturdier, thicker dongle, thus making it disconnect very rarely compared to the AOCs. The solution to this problem is to use a USB hub to move the dongle away from the heat of the console. Once I did this, the AOCs didn't disconnect; not once. This is still unacceptable considering you shouldn't have to go through the trouble and that extra step. Most won't even spend time to research like I did, or try to think about how to solve the issue. So considering this, the headset does in fact work well, but I only bumped it up a star. The dongle should be made to withstand constant heat, especially for systems with open air flow. My system is in a well ventilated space to ensure good air flow for the reason of faster heat dissipation. So since I already ordered a new headset after discovering this fix, the AOCs will just be a very good backup. Will continue to use these until I start using the ones I got myself for Christmas :). UPDATE 10/31/2025: I REALLY HATE THESE 😡 UPDATE 08/30/2025: Yeah, the headset disconnects too many times, no matter what you're doing, and seems to do it at the worst possible times. I'm too impatient and don't want to go through the return process, that I'd rather give this a low rating for causing such anticipation, then disappointment and conflict. I do believe if I did receive a replacement, it would probably disconnect as well. Deceived by the good reviews. I will make sure to take more precaution next time when reading reviews for ordering things like headsets from here. Really not worth what it used to cost, and not worth what I paid. Received this product on time (yesterday) and was excited for it; it let me down. The headphones did connect right away to my PS5 Pro with no problems and they feel comfortable on the ears. The set is surprisingly light weight and fit tight around the head and ears without being constricting and causing irritation or pain. The sound quality is good and it does get really loud, which I like. I do like the RGB lights on the side, but they aren't a necessity. I don't use the mic much and don't intend to, but I'm sure that works satisfactorily as well. The dongle works but does feel cheap and flimsy, which would cause some to question the headset's durability and connection stability. The main issue I'm having right now with the headphones is that it randomly disconnects and does so too frequently. I tested it for 3 hours and it disconnected 8 times right out of the box, not even having it for 24 hours. I can understand this happening once in a while, but that's too many times for a brand new headset. My slightly cheaper ($30) and older headset would disconnect every blue moon, but never several times in one use on the same night. The only good thing about it disconnecting is that when it does, it reconnects quickly; this is still unacceptable. I do like there are settings, and you can control the strength of the volume along with other features. I will say that for about 45 minutes of using the headset, it did stay connected, but I did some troubleshooting processes that could have helped. It also seems to disconnect playing a certain game, but then again, I didn't have enough time to conclude that. If the headset continues to disconnect frequently, then this review will remain as is.
