These pants were essential when I was in a cast for my foot. They are comfortable, breathable, and the material is of good quality. I am on the short side (5'0), so they are a little long. Yet, they are not long enough that I would trip on them. While the large fit fine, I feel the medium option fit better. (I am 170lbs.) Just know your regular size and go with it. This is review at first try on. I love these! I am 5'3" and 177 lbs. I tend to carry most weight in my belly and booty. I bought an XL and they are perfect. They just skim above floor, but I think even a small rise in summer flats should be fine. They are definitely not too long for me. I love the black and blue pattern. The drawstring is nonessential as the elastic waist is sufficient, not constricting and not loosey goosey. I may get another pattern. I want to see how they wear. Very happy with fit. Read more
