The 5-inch inseam is the perfect length, short enough for mobility and ventilation but not so short that they feel revealing. The material is lightweight, stretchy, and dries fast, which is great for heavy workouts or running. They have just the right amount of flexibility for squats, leg day, or any cardio. The waistband is comfortable and stays in place without digging in. The pockets are a nice bonus too, deep enough to hold a phone or keys without everything bouncing around. I'm a woman 5'6" about 180 with 34" waist and 46"hips and I got the Large. They fit comfortably and the 10" length is long enough to cover all my veiny veins in the back. Comes down to the top of my knees. They aren't boxy like men's stuff tends to be, they drape well and don't cling. I bought these for my 16 year old son who is 5’7, 135 Lbs, they are a little short. Otherwise fit well and he said are comfortable. They are nice and light weight for our Florida summers. He plays basketball, football, and pickleball and they have worked out well. Read more

I`ve been lookin for longer length shorts with zippered pockets for cycling. Most others are 7", these are available in a 10" length, which I purchased. The camo style looks great, and they are very comfortable. I was worried about sliding around in the seat, but no issues on my initial run. Zippered pockets are a must, no worrying about cell phones or wallets falling out. Pockets are on the smaller size, but still accommodates a 6.5" phone. Very breathable too.
