My pain has gone away, circulation has improved, and my lymph nodes are no longer getting swollen, pretty eliminating sinus issues that are normally terrible for me every change of season. Update: Even tho I stand by my original review, I am now giving this product 4 stars. Because the company reached out to me to offer a refund without requesting I update my review or return the product, I find myself really appreciating this response. I always believe that a product is only as good as their customer service and customer policies. This company has proven to uphold quality standards tho I do believe they should remove the pic that does not reflect the true product. Having said that, I have noticed a positive benefit from using this while just sitting and having my feet on it. Easing my plantar fasciitis is very exciting to me. Wasn't expecting that but grateful for it. Still looking for a wider plate and will place this on in the TV room and use both. Very disappointed in the size. The pic is a different plate as there is no way you can spread your feet at the distance the pic shows. I looked at many models and by the time I was ready to purchase, I must have overlooked the fine print as it's just 12" wide. Ok, maybe a tiny bit wider but that is it. Ok if you are sitting on a chair to put your feet on. And Ok if you want to stand in one spot as there is no room to move. There is no brand name on the box it came in or on the plate. This tells me that it is a generic model and what ever model you chose, they will slap a sticker on it and call it good. I gave it two stars as it does vibrate and the programs do seem to work.
