Excellent product. The physical condition is impeccable, exactly as described by the seller. Performance is solid and can be further enhanced by upgrading the RAM. Fully compatible with macOS 15.7.1. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a Mac at a low cost. Read more
I'm admittedly cheap, and a Mac fan. I have to use PCs at work, but prefer a Mac for everything else. They just work with minimal fuss. But I'm also not willing to shell out the ridiculous sums Apple commands for their silicon powered PCs. So I tend to use the models from years past. This means Mac minis for the past 15 years, since you supply the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Unfortunately, I reached the end of the line for running the most recent OS X's security updates. Begrudgingly I ordered this refurbished model. It is seriously less expensive than the current Minis, so I had little to lose. Installing it was a no brainer, as expected for Apple. The case only had a tiny, tiny dent on one edge, but is otherwise clean looking. Boot up was quick and transferring from my external Time Machine SSD backup was seamless. Took about 30 minutes to do so. There were hiccups as I upgraded the various software packages installed, that required updates. A week into use, it is running solid with no crashes unlike the old 2014 model I was using. In running, I do think the 8Gb of RAM is a little slowing, but otherwise it runs fine. Since this model can be updated to 64Gb, I think I might splurge on the RAM and see what it can do. The 512Gb SSD included should be the minimum included, given the amount of photos and music one normally accumulates in day to day use. If anything untoward occurs after this posting I will be sure to update. Otherwise, recommended for cheapskate OS X fans. Read more
I was in the market for a new desk top instead of constantly using mac book. Great deal and it works fine. I do hear the fan sometimes when i do a lot of heavy lifting tasks but this desktop is still running. Read more
It's an Apple, it's a Mac Mini, and it's MacOS, so it works, no issues to report, though be mindful that it doesn't come with a mouse or keyboard, and sometimes it doesn't reboot unless it has a keyboard and mouse physically connected to the Mac Mini itself (not just via Bluetooth) keep a USB keyboard and mouse around or you'll never get it rebooted again Read more
Good product for the price. I didn’t know that for a couple of dollars (approximately 150 dlls) I could purchase the Mac mini with the M1 chip, could’ve been better; but still I liked it Read more
Does not turn on. There’s the same issue I saw in these reviews. Is it tested before they send it out? On top of that, customer service was rude and condescending. Update: I was advised to take it to local UPS to send it back, which I did and have receipt to verify that. I just checked the return status and it’s still in the how to ship back phase, the power supply I returned at the same time shows returned as status. What I am getting at is the fact that something happened to the return and is not being credited back to me! I understand mistakes and things happen, but this situation is dragging on too much. I’ll post an update after I contact customer service again. Read more

Machine cosmetically is as described. No dents or scratches... a very clean machine. What gave me pause was when I booted up there was a bluetooth device attached that I didn't have. A trackpad 2 was displayed as connected BUT was not connected. Because it stated connected but wasn't my device the disconnect and remove this device was greyed out. After re-imaging the device remained. I waited to get to my shop, got a hold of the exact trackpad and attempted to connect it BUT it wouldn't seeing the device already connected. Upon reboot, I got the option to forget device. Great machine, however, I would have returned it but being an experienced trouble shooting and a little luck I was able to remove the bluetooth device.
