Apple 2026 MacBook Neo 13-inch Laptop with A18 Pro chip Built for AI and Apple Intelligence Liquid Retina

I recently picked up the Apple MacBook Neo in the Blush color with 512 GB of storage and I am really happy with it so far. The blush color is beautiful in person. It is a soft pink that looks modern and unique without being too bright. The laptop is very thin and lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around the house or take with me when I travel. The display is bright and sharp, and everything looks crisp whether I am browsing the web, watching videos, or editing photos. The keyboard feels comfortable to type on and the trackpad is very smooth and responsive. Performance has been great for everyday use. It runs quickly when opening apps, browsing online, and working on documents. The 512 GB storage is also very useful because it gives plenty of space for photos, files, and downloads. If you handed the average user this laptop no one would know it did not have a regular computer chip. I have used this computer exactly as I have been using my windows before it, including sims 4 and excel and have had 0 issues, in fact this Mac outperforms it. The hardware feels premium and expensive. I personally enjoy the mechanical click mouse. My only hesitation was the lack of a backlit keyboard. It has turned out to be a non issue, because 1. i don't need to see the keyboard to type, 2. the only time im blindly reaching for keys is when watching shows at night and Apple has placed the volume and sound keys very strategically so they are easy to find even without seeing and 3. the light of the screen really does illuminate the keyboard really well so you can see everything anyway. I've had this since Tuesday, its Sunday evening now, and I've charged it maybe 3 times (but i think its 2), so battery life is great! This includes me playing sims, watching shows for a few hours, and just average use for work and browsing. Bottom line is, of course its slightly less nice than the air or the pro, it costs less! No one complains that the air has less features than a pro! This is a great little machine, and if you are not already on a mac its a great introduction to the apple ecosystem. This MacBook Neo is a really nice lightweight everyday laptop. It feels quick for normal browsing, streaming, email, and office-type work, and the screen looks sharp and bright. This is the best value per dollar laptop of 2026. There is not one Windows laptop with this kind of build quality for this price. The battery life and screen are exceptional just like all other MacBooks. It even runs everything I throw at it pretty well. This is not the kind of laptop you should buy for gaming, but it runs a good amount of games better than I thought it would. This is the perfect laptop for anyone who isn't doing anything super resource heavy and it the perfect laptop for students. Wow!! That pretty much sums it up. Apple really did a great job with the new MacBook Neo. I got mine in blush to sort of match with my new iPhone 17e in soft pink. The screen is exceptionally bright. Amazing track pad and this might be the best keyboard I’ve used since the Thinkpad I had several years ago. Don’t worry about the 8GB RAM because this thing is smooth. I have at least half a dozen windows open plus I’m listening to my Apple Music and using iMessage all at once and there is no lag at all. The build is sensational, light, thin and aluminum.
