The Apple AirPods Pro with MagSafe Case are some of the best wireless earbuds I’ve used. The sound quality is excellent with deep bass and very clear audio, making music, calls, and videos sound great. The active noise cancellation works really well and blocks out most background noise. They are also very comfortable to wear and connect instantly with my phone. The battery life is solid too, lasting about 6 hours on one charge and up to around 30 hours with the charging case, which is perfect for daily use. Let’s start the list with what WASNT wrong with this order- it’s MUCH shorter. The AirPods arrived when it said they would. That’s it. That’s the list. Now, on to why I rated these one star and wish I could rate them as lower. They came to me in a small cardboard box that was unmarked. Fine, I get it they were refurbished. But not even a little bit of bubble wrap to keep them broom banging around the entire time they were in transit? I work for fed ex I know how stuff gets knocked around. Came with a charger cord which is cool except it was a usb-c and I ordered a pair of lightning port AirPods sooooo yeah. The sound quality was what you would expect if you took a tin can, tied a string to it and had someone scream into it from another tin can tied to the other end of the string. I tried to have a conversation with my husband and he could register approximately one out of every 4 words I said. When he spoke, it sounded like he had a mouthful of dry crackers. So the sound quality was trash. None of the controls on the pods worked. Volume? Nope. One push mute? Also nope. I went into the app to make sure *I* wasn’t the problem and also nope. So that was a fail. The battery also was terrible. Two hours max per pod. This is my third set of pods (I’m on my phone A LOT) and I’ve never seen battery deplete so quickly. Not only that but there was NO WARNING before they just died. Normally you get two heads up warnings that your battery is depleting. Not so with this pair. After 2 hours of use just BOOM dead. So mid conversation I had to scramble to remember where I had left my phone or while I was at work I had to stop what I was doing to change out the pod. Just a mess all around. I had gotten a refurb phone so I thought this would be a great way to save a little bit of cash while also cutting down on electronics waste but this was just trash from one end to the other. And let’s not forget the return procedure. It used to be a simple act of taking them to one of the return places in my area. Drop them off, get my money back. Simple. Now, I have to box them up, print a label and BE HOME for UPS to come get them. What a headache, since as I said I work for fed ex M-F. I’m heading to Best Buy to get a new pair of these and give myself a break from this whole trashy experience. Read more

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report a significant issue with a recent order for Apple AirPods Pro The Product is Faulty: • The right AirPod does not work at all. After a full charge and a successful connection, no sound comes out. The device repeatedly prompts to "Make sure both AirPods are in ear" for the right side, despite it being correctly positioned. • The left AirPod and the charging case had extreme difficulty connecting initially, taking several hours and multiple attempts. Furthermore, the unit keeps randomly disconnecting entirely. • I have previously purchased this exact item without any issues, but this specific unit is clearly defective. Shipping and Delivery Issues • The order was delayed by two days past the initial estimated delivery date. • The item was not shipped on time, and I only received shipping and tracking information after I contacted Amazon myself to inquire about the status. I was informed the system hadn't flagged the delay. I paid a premium price for a working product and was also promised timely delivery, neither of which I received.
