Product Quality Issue and Failure
Shipping was fast, and on the first day I received the headphones, I was pleased—they appeared sturdy and well made. However, by the second day, the right ear stopped working on one pair. Now, just three days after purchase, the headphones are completely nonfunctional. While I understand the price was discounted, this level of failure is unacceptable. When I plug it in it says connect to Bose? which was a bit sketchy in my eyes. I wasn’t sure that that was about. The cords felt weak and flimsy . I also ended up finding my old ones so I returning this one . However, I will say a 2 pack for only 10 bucks is a pretty good deal. The quality is not the best but for the price it was decently good. Nice and loud on my IPhone 16, really good sound quality. The cord is thin and gets tangled easily, the only negative I have to say about them. Five stars for the sound and comfort of the earbuds. Time will tell how long they last. Read more
