Horrible that an item of this expense was sent and does not work

Apparently it's some kind of a refurbished or returned item though the sale description didn't clearly state this. Because the price was about $100 less than a brand new-unopened one, I assumed that was the case. When it arrived, I let it sit on the charger for two hours and it never started. The Apple Watch itself is great. Love them for years. This review is about the refurbished, or whatever it was, one. And to return it, Amazon will ONLY let me take it to a drop off location which is over 1/2 hour away from my house. It's one thing if I just changed my mind about the product, I'd suck it up and be OK with the drive. But the fact that I am making an hour round trip drive for something that was shipped to me that doesn't even work?? It's very frustrating. Read more
