This was one of the first poultry products I introduced into my diet after almost 30 years of being a pescatarian (for health reasons). These are gentle on the stomach, gluten free (have a bad sensitivity to wheat) and taste great! There is a good amount of protein per serving. They are free of a lot of additives and other yuckies. They are pricey but since this purchase is based on health reasons, I consider it an important regular, expenditure. Also, after careful research, my husband and I found out many positive things about the company's approach to ethical farming which was absolutely important to us. I definitely recommend these!
