I bought this for my walk in shower and have not been disappointed. Is made well, love teak!, and looks really good. It's very sturdy and my shower tiles are pebbly and uneven. The adjustable feet allow me to level this bench and stabilize it! Read more

24 inch teakwood shower bench seat
We really love this seat, it's heavy enough to not be scary-slippery in a wet environment, but not too heavy to reposition if you need to. The finish so far is perfect, all we do is tilt the seat a bit after showering to keep the water from puddling on it. After considering whether or not to apply the "teak oil" advertised with it, I've decided to just leave it be, and it will wear and fade naturally. Worries of staining my shower floor from leeching oil/stain, and possible skin contamination with chemicals, it just seems that since teak is meant to get wet, we'll allow the natural fading, if there is any. I would not call it inexpensive, but worth the price, it is well made, and all hardware is stainless steel. Read more
