I personally think it is a very good product. I think the taste of the water after use is exceptionally different than the taste before using the purifier my city water has a terrible taste. I love that fact that it removes the fluoride as well as replaces the minerals! The only complaint that I have with this product is that it takes up a significant amount of real-estate on my kitchen counter. The benefits of use out way the cons as in no plastic bottles anymore including the fact there is no BPA leaching into my way supply and I found a good way to use the water that is left over from the process. I store it to use as either water for my garden plants or flush the commode. I know that sounds gross but not wasting the water was not an option for me personally. I find it easy to use and clean the only complaint I have and reason I only gave it four of five stars is the handle is in the water fill container is not in a very conveniently placed area. I have only had this for a short time and find it to work as described with no leakage from the spout and very noisy. For someone that doesn't have away to put one under the sink area or the ability to get one that does your whole home this is the product for you. Read more

DOA. First use: Water gushes out the bottom. No leaks at filters, nor at reservoirs but out of the bottom where there is obviously something busted or loose inside. Junk at so great a cost. It’s the filters that cost so much and the unit is flimsy plastic. Buyer beware. Read more
