The fit matched the measurements. The color was true to the pictures and is incredibly soft and nice knit. Sleeves are a bit long, but that is the style and in the pictures. It drapes well and moves and flexes as it should for the fiber mix. The quality of the fiber and knit make it look delicate yet it has some warmth and weight to actually work for cold and not just look pretty. I am surprised by how nice this feels, and right now it reminds me of my angora sweater. I would like other colors but the offered colors do not go with my coloring. FIT AND STYLE I ordered the medium and it fits exactly like the photos. The style has a very loose, baggy aesthetic with extra long sleeves. While I personally hoped for a more fitted look, that was my oversight as the listing shows the boxy style clearly. It is accurate to the description, but if you want something form fitting, this is not it. I suspect even sizing down to a small would still result in a loose drape. MATERIAL AND WARMTH The fabric is genuinely soft and feels nice to wear. However, it is quite thick and warm due to the wool blend. It feels heavier than a typical cardigan, making it strictly a piece for the colder months rather than a lightweight all season layer. DURABILITY NOTE Be very careful with the knit as it is prone to catching. I already have a small snag, so watch out for jewelry or rough surfaces while wearing it. This shrug is comfy and warm enough to keep you cozy in brisk weather or a cold office. It's a sweater-like knit that contains 6% wool fiber. It has a soft surface feel, almost like cashmere. I am sometimes sensitive to wool and wool blends but, after wearing it all day with a short-sleeved tee, I didn't feel the least bit itchy. I like the color, and it feels well made. I'm 5'4", about 160 lbs, but decidedly pear-shaped, so I usually wear a medium top. I find this medium a bit large. Of course, it's a sweater, so it needs to be loose enough to layer.
