Very nice, generally well made, comfortable. I am a medium width size 12 and they fit perfectly. A wide foot would not fit. Just one problem with this order. The fancy decorative stitch on the top of the foot/toe was not symmetrical between the right and left boots. The stitching on the left boot was perfect and centered. However, the decorative stitching on the right boot was cockeyed and off center! I can't bear to look down at something so nice, and have it not actually be nice, if you know what I mean. For me, things like this have to, and are supposed to have symmetry. You know, like they used to, when craftsman gave a damn about what they were doing, each and every day. I do like the boots very much, but had to order another pair to see if I can manage to not get another "Friday I'm in a hurry to get out for the weekend" or, "it's Monday and I'm hungover" boots. 🤣 Hopefully, I'll get a pair they manufactured on Wednesday, when the workers are more focused on their job. I'll leave a return comment after I receive the next pair. I would say go ahead and order them. You can always return them if defective. As far as anything other than the decorative stitch goes, I found nothing wrong with them. Update: Okay... Received my second pair and there just fine. Everything is AOK. Update: A customer representative from Archbrothers reached out to me and offered me a refund or to try a size 11. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the boot is very nice. Unfortunately the 11 was to long but the width was perfect. I am updating rating to 5 stars. After speaking with the representative they wanted genuine feedback to insure that the sizes are what people expect. I would definitely recommend this seller if you know what size your foot needs for width. Purchased size 10w and very tight. I normally do not have issues with this size. This is my first purchase of this brand and probably the last. 3 stars because price was reasonable, description of the boot was accurate and shipping time was okay. May be a great boot for someone with narrow feet? Besides being unexpectedly narrow for a wide, there is very little support or cushion in the insoles. Would return these but disposed of the box. Nice boot. Faux leather thicker than all other cowboy and chukka boots I've tried. It does not have a large heel like cowboy boots. Dress shoe height. This boot does not appear to run in half sizes. Order up as I did, Slightly loose in heel area yet small toe box. Tried them on for 10 seconds and pinky toe is aggravated. I reckon they'll break in. I'll consider keeping these.
