I’m really impressed with this paring knife set. Each knife is super sharp right out of the box and handles fruits and veggies with ease. Very finely made no nonsense. When I'm cutting fruit handle can get very slick and slippery. Be careful with your fingers, I sliced and pricked small cuts accidentally before I got used to them. No finger guard. Before you press down to cut be sure you have the blade side down! They're really fantastic for very very fine work but handle with Care! Blade is thin and razor sharp. A snap to clean and great value for the money! This metal is unique and I don't think it would ever rust. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Read more
