Used once went back a couple weeks later it was dead. I thought maybe battery so I put in a new one, nothing. Total piece of crap. No wonder returns aren't accepted. My advice don't buy. Excellent trimmer for personal grooming!
This is sweet little self grooming device for women! We, normally having smaller hands hands than men, and can hold and operate the trimmer with ease. The nose hair trimmer is great. No ouchy unexpected pulling by the circular safety covered blade within our delicate nasal cavity. It would seem the speed of the circular covered blade is sufficient for trimming. I won't really use the eyebrow trimmer because I don't shave my eyebrows: still plucking the old fashioned way. But for those who do, this trimming head has safety features to prevent pulling and facial abrasion. And, last but not least, the facial hair attachment is small and carefully made, with two different cutting lengths. I don't cut my facial either, but for those who do, it seems like it would be a perfect answer to your grooming. I might try shaving the tiny little hairs at the back of my neck that gets twisted in my necklace clasps though. If you travel a great deal, this little beauty is very light weight, even with the battery installed, will be round and unobtrusive in your make up bag, and take up very little space if packed in other places. All and all, for the price and quality of this facial trimmer, this sweetie suits me fine! Read more
Stopped working
I bought this in Oct 2024 and have used it maybe 3 times. Just pulled it out to use it a 4th time and it's dead - tried new batteries of course, but just won't turn on. And of course, it's a couple months past the 1 yr warranty now. Given that others have reported similar issues in their review, maybe try a different trimmer, not this one. Read more
