I wear a size 34 in jeans. I ordered a 34 and it fits perfectly. If you plan on gaining weight (no one really plans that I guess) size up. Mainly bought this for when I go to farming/wine events where I have to tuck my shirt in however I liked it so much it became my go to belt. Read more
