6'4", 195 lbs, 32x36 is just right for an all leg person. One problem is the rest of me is not a slim fit, not a product problem. They fit over boots just fine. These are made of good quality materials and made well. The bigger inner right pocket is welcome. I am not sure what you are supposed to do with the L-name brand's change pocket. I'd say they're better made/thicker material/will stand up to wear longer than the L-name brand. Read more

As others have mentioned, there are problems with consistent, accurate sizing (many jean brands have this though, it's a flaw in mass production quality assurance/engineering). And the cut isn't really "slim" as it's currently known in fashion jeans. They are straight cut, or slim from a cowboy jean perspective IMO. Last problem: the stupid extra pocket on the right hip front. It makes the right leg pocket area look messy and overall worsens the jeans, unless you have a need for it - which you don't and if you do get carpenter jeans which do it better. All of that said, the denim is high quality, and the color is nice. Stitching is good, not great, but this a higher quality jean in terms of construction than you get elsewhere. Read more
