These rags are not T-shirt material, more like thick terrycloth on one side of rag, not soft at all.
The manufacturer seems to have changed their source of the rags. While the product description states "Made of 100% premium quality t-shirt material. These rags are generated from offcuts during the t-shirt production process.", the description is totally inaccurate. Years ago when I bought a 10 lb bag of these at a local Home Depot, each and every rag was of quality t-shirt material. In both the 10 lb box and the 10 lb bag I bought from Amazon recently (2023), many of the rags are not made of t-shirt material, but of the heavy, thick terrycloth material. The description should be updated accordingly, so customers know what they are buying. Read more
