Works well on gravel, grass and concrete. And I had no problem sifting out the gravel. With practice you'll be able to pick up multiple poop piles before having to deposit your "collection" in a bucket or bag for disposal. Read more
Just what I needed. Works great. I have a medium sized dog and I cut my grass to 4". The scooper gets underneath the poop and picks it up with no effort. If there are multiple piles I can easily combine them for one dump into the bag. Stands alone or can be folded when not in use. Should last a while as it is a simple mechanism. Read more
Review Edit 8/8/20 Broken! After continuous daily use this product is dead. It has now completely fallen apart. I did attempt to fix it many times but I give up. If your pet poos daily go with another company. Review Edit 5/24/20- Scooper is lightweight & appears flimsy but is actually quite mighty & holding up nicely in an animal enclosure. Oiled the squeaky part & that noise went away but it’s still unnecessarily loud on the close. Maybe company can add a rubber or silicone barrier to the jaws/edging of scooper to cushion the snapping sound. Pull Lever/Handle is Made of hard plastic & is pretty uncomfortable, so a softer pull handle would be very helpful. First Review- This scooper isn’t as strong as I thought it would be ie: The material is kind of flimsy. However, it does work & I don’t have to bend over to scoop anymore. It is withstanding a lot of use so maybe the fact that it is very light weight makes me think it is not as strong as it actually is. There’s one thing that I can’t wrap my mind around though...Something I thought I would never say... “my pooper scooper is so loud!” Yup! Using in a quiet area & this scooper makes a squeaking noise when I press the lever to open the mouth/scoop. Then as I close the mouth it makes a very loud snapping sound which announces my poop scooping duty (lol). Just something to think about if you don’t want your neighbors to look in your direction every time you’re cleaning up after your animals 💩 Read more
Excellent and much needed equipment if you have dogs. Light weight, easy to use and to keep clean. We live in Florida and this allows the sand to sift through. Read more
Flimsy wobbly garbage. The stupid collapsing handle that only exists to make it easier for them to ship makes it extra janky and wobbly. This was less than $20 and I still feel ripped off. Im shocked this is a name brand and not something off brand garbage. Just name brand garbage. Read more
It's a good idea for big dogs with big poops but the teeth on it are too big for small poops. The spaces between the teeth are too big. I'm going to have to modify it. The mechanisms work good and it seems very sturdy. Read more
Has done a great job it feels study not all cheap and flimsy I keep it outside and it’s held up good Read more
The media could not be loaded. My goodness, how would I ever live without this little gadget? Let me start off by telling you that I have more dogs than I care to say publicly. I am a huge animal lover, but we all know the downside of that. Living in Texas the heat does not mix well with the backyard full of 💩 not only does it stink, but it brings plenty of flies your way. I’m a stickler for a tidy house and backyard so I’ve been accustomed to using the bend & bag method, which is not easy on the back. That’s why I went on a hunt for a scooper to alleviate all the up/down bending. I’m one of those people that has to research and review everything I buy, so this was not an easy decision. After spending several days pouring over reviews I decided on this one, and I have ZERO regrets. It’s comfortable, easy to use and requires no bending whatsoever. It comes in one piece ready to go, so you don’t have to bother with putting anything together. The time it takes me to clean the yard has been cut down to 1/3 of what it used to take. Simply aim over the 💩 and squeeze the trigger under the handle. Put the 💩 over the trash and squeeze the handle to release. I’d advise using a small lined waste basket when dumping the 💩 because if you use a trash bag alone it can get messy as the scooper is a dual claw clamp and it won’t easily fit in a floppy plastic bag. For this reason I wouldn’t suggest taking with you on a walk as it’s bulky and just not practical. It’s definitely possible, but it wouldn’t be my preference. This clamp is strong and can be used to pick up trash as well as 💩 and I’ve even used it to move around some large rocks just to test it. It’s good for anything you want to grab without having to bend down. I’m thoroughly impressed and I even learned how to finagle multi 💩 before walking to the trash to release it. It’s shown in my video. I’ve talked enough 💩, but I hope I’ve helped you make your decision. Have a great 💩 free day! Read more
