This is the absolute best for stuffy noses! My ENT suggested it and I was skeptical. It’s just saline water, so no drugs or chemicals. Instead, it’s my go to for anytime I wake up with a stuffy nose or get a sore throat. Five stars or a 10 if I could give those!
