Bought this for my daughter who had wrist surgery. (Double compound fracture - metal plates and screws installed, etc.). She finds it extremely comfortable, and is able to wear it all day as opposed to the sling the hospital sent her home with. She also loves the pocket on the sling. She keeps her essential information (like her drivers license) in there. Being one handed for the time being it saves struggling to get it out of a handbag or wallet. For sizing, if you are close to the upper limit, opt for the next size up. Better to be a little roomy than a little bit tight. IMHO. Very well made! Read more

I wold not buy this had I been able to try it out first. Why? The strap over the shoulder is overly padded and bulky. Being bulky, it is difficult to adjust the strap to maintain your hurt arm in the proper angle in the sling. Also, because of the bulkiness of the strap and its being sewn into the sling perpendicular to the sling instead of at an angle, the bulky strap puts pressure on the neck. Had it been sewn at an angle, it would distribute the weight away from your neck. Read more
