I purchased this for my wife for her birthday. I sent in an incomplete symbol that was to be installed on one end, but they were able to fill in what was not there and it looks amazing. They e-mail you almost immediately and I feel like they were constantly in touch with me while making the product. Customer service like I received here restores my faith in companies that actually care. I would totally order again, and this item makes a great gift. Arrived on time. However, it was not packaged in a cardboard fitting box as shown in the picture. It was packaged in a cut up soft paper then in a USPS package then another box. Being that it was acrylic I would have preferred the box as shown so seller may want to improve packing method.
