I bought three of these air fresheners, one in vanilla and two in lemon. I tried them in a small powder room, my office, and our laundry room. I was very hopeful because the design is adorable. The succulent looks real and blends nicely with almost any decor. Scent The vanilla scent was lovely when I first opened it. Warm, light, and pleasant. Unfortunately, it faded within two days. The lemon version reminded me of Pledge furniture spray. It was not bad, just not the type of fresh citrus scent I expected. It also faded very quickly. Odor Control Neither scent worked as an odor eliminator in any of the rooms I tested. Even in the small powder room, the scent did not hold long enough to make a noticeable difference. Design The appearance is the best part. It looks like a real succulent and adds a cute touch to a shelf or counter. The style is great, the performance is where it falls short.
