3 stars is the best I can do. I checked this thing out a few reviews on YouTube, same old crap this things great does all this and more. It's a get what you pay for item it's janky as all crap. I can write a book about what I don't like about it like the settings resetting each time the powers cut or having to mash hard on the buttons till they work. Again it's janky but it does work. For what your paying yes it's ok just remember janky. (Update). I'm not changing my original review a bit, I said it meant it but I wanted to add this. I never contacted customer support they contacted me. Although I declined there offer of refund or partial refund because I already got rid of it. Customer service here is top notch, these people tried to move mountains to see I was happy with my purchase or refunded. Lot of value in that. I'm also changing my stars from 3 to 4 reason being. The support they tried to give me is Golden but further more its possible I got a bad product. I got to leave my original review it was my experience. But I don't believe a company trying this hard to make it right sold me junk on purpose. Read more

Great for a portable second monitor for my laptop! Docking 1 star because the display settings reset each time it loses power and the screen brightness is by default set very low. Each time I plug it in I have to crank up the brightness which is a little annoying. I also wish it came with some sort of protective sleeve. The cables look plenty beefy. For the first time in many years, I decided to purchase a mini-PC and use that for my main computer rather than a laptop, so I needed to find a decent monitor to use with the new mini-PC. I decided to give this one a try, and I’m glad I did. It’s amazing. It was so easy to set up. I just plugged it in and it worked right out of the box. The display is gorgeous. The colors are so vibrant and images on the screen are crystal clear. I love it so much, I bought a second one so I can have a dual monitor setup. I’m beyond thrilled. I also tried connecting it to my laptop as a second monitor to see how well it works in that situation, and it’s equally amazing. The only downside is that the monitor looks so good, it makes my laptop screen seem kinda crappy. But now I know that if I want to have a dual monitor setup with my laptop when I travel, I can easily borrow one of these from my PC and take it with me.
