As a new puppy owner, I bought all the things I thought my dog needed, including one of those water bottles with the built in bowl that allows you to return the unused water back into the chamber. That was all fine and dandy, except I would also get thirsty on our summer walks and I couldn't share the water with her because it had all her slobber mixed in with it. I didn't want to have to carry two water bottles or an extra bowl, so when I saw this bottle, I was sold. It's pretty big, admittedly, and it can get a little heavy when it's filled to the top. However, the handle makes it easy to carry and it hasn't really been a problem. I do wish they made a smaller version for shorter walks. Every time I use this in public, people ask me where I got it. I love the detachable bowl and more so the food bowl that screws in. It's such a convenient way to have everything in one place. And it actually keeps your water cold for a long time. Read more

Good idea but the handle is very annoying since there is just a metal pin holding it in I constantly have to slide the pin back in so the handle doesn't fall off...also wish the handle and dog bowls weren't made of plastic. Also arrived dented on the bottom but still works. Seems to be insulated well enough. Read more

We love this bottle! We keep in the car filled with water and treats in the bottom so we are always prepared if our dog needs a drink or motivation for good behavior.
