The first one I got wouldn't spray, but I called the company and a very nice customer service rep said to go on Amazon and request a replacement. A couple of clicks and two days later, it arrived. So thumbs up for the company's support. Setup is easy. It's basically assembled out of the box except for the holder for the sprayer hose which attaches with a single screw. After that, you fill up the clean water add a little detergent (carpet cleaner) and you're ready to go. It's easy to use and not very loud at all. It's super light weight even with a full tank. The tank isn't that big, but it's a spot cleaner so it's fine, and the smaller tank keeps it light weight. My only complaint: there is no place to store the extra brush. There's a groove on the bottom and a clip for the hose and one brush, and two hooks to wrap the electric cord, but no on-board storage for the second brush. By no means a deal breaker. Read more

Works great for stains and odors, i did a quick clean at first and the water came out as seen in the video. It looked like new afterwards!! If you are looking for carpet cleaner. You will not get wrong with this product but another similar carpet cleaner and vacuum cleaner that you can get from Amazon. I return it backed already because it soak my car carpet with water without drying up or sucking all the water to the carpet. Read more

Not big enough for cleaning the car out…. It’s only good enough for small dirt. Not what I expected. Chord isn’t long enough for reaching in side of the car and underneath the seats.
