I'm obsessed with these! I have them throughout my home. The dimensions came out perfectly, remotes work great, and my whole house is Amazon Alexa integrated - with automation on settings for various times of day. They are also beautiful. I have them in white and gray in the stripes. For the blackout, I have it in white as an internal blind. The media could not be loaded. I don’t always review products, but this one is exceptional. It is very well-made. The installation was easy. Besides leveling the wall hardware, and placing them correctly on the wall, like you would do for any thing you hang, the ingenuity of the Hardware device itself made it very easy to put the valance on/off the wall. The remote control pairs with it beautifully, but I had difficulty in finding how to connect it as it is not in the instructions. I put a question out to the customers on Amazon, and somebody responded saying that right next to where you charge the blinds, (Yes, you charge it, and it comes with the charging cable, but not the plug-in charger), there is a teeny tiny little on/off switch which you can see in the photo with this review. Once I did that, it worked beautifully. I am very happy with this product, and I will be buying from them again for one of my other windows in the future. FYI: This window measures 47“ x 47“ and I had them make this blind 50” x 50”. As you can see, it’s perfect, and this is the Foggy Grey Color. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic solution for my master bedroom window. I needed a blackout solution for it. Material not only reduced glare it also reduced some of the solar heat from the west side of the house. The build quality it’s great, installing was a breeze. The shade came perfectly cut and fit like a glove. I have yet to be able to connect it to my Alexa and with the Tuya app though. The remote works great and setting the heights and stopping it is very simple. Overall best window investment we could have made! I love our new shades, is high quality, hands-down the best I've experienced in a long time. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is interested in automated blinds. Will definitely be purchasing more. We plugged the blinds into charge while we installed the brackets and they were charged by the time we were finished with the brackets. The remote is very easy to use and convenient. We’ve been trying to decide for years what we wanted to put on these 3 small windows. I found these shades when searching and they’re absolutely gorgeous and perfect! They were priced great for the quality. The shades are top notch quality at a lower price for those that have a budget. We got 3 solar panels to keep them charged. They’re attached in front of the shade on the window. They are light blocking, heat blocking, and still look great. The motor on performs perfectly. The material looks good although you can see a part in the middle that might have had some issues with the backing and an almost unnoticeable strip in the middle lets a fraction of light (quality control) on but it's barely an issue. We use blackout curtains in front of this so it's not a problem. Very easy to install by using the same screws from the previous blinds (from Hunter Douglas that stopped working for a second time, so we decided to replace them). The only issue we had was finding the very small whole that has to be pressed to program the remote. I had to dismount the blinds and use a flash light to find it. After that everything worked fine. I didn't use the Tuya app, but one that I already use for all my lights and switches (gosund) and found the USB transmitter right away. With Alexa I had problems making this work until I figured that you can't tell Alexa to "open" the blinds. You have to ask Alexa "turn on" or "turn off" the blinds. This is a minor annoyance as it still works with voice commands but I wish Alexa was smarter lol. Overall I recommend these blinds and we are considering adding some on the living room. Read more
Overall my experience is very good; received the items in time. The setup was very easy and most impressive aspect was the size and fit to our windows as can be seen in the pictures. I bought 2 of these for our living room and hallway. Even though I had nice, cordless mini-blinds, it was hard to raise and lower them because of the plants enjoying the windows. These motorized shades solved the problem! They are perfect! I have them set with my Alexa to raise and lower on a schedule, so even if I'm on vacation, my plants can still have sunshine 🌞 Read more
