Oversized, Plush Decorative Towels
I'm very pleased with these towels. The light grey striped ones have a subdued grey color that matches well with a purple and white bathroom. I've purchased both the bath towels and the washcloths. The washcloths are over-sized and plenty big to use as hand towel in the master bathroom, especially for a single adult. These towels are the perfect thickness. I do not like towels that are too thick, as they take too long to dry and can become moldy in humid climates. I've had this happen to me with other towel brands. Overall, these are beautiful, plush towels, and I recommend them. Read more

I’m extremely particular about linens. These are generously sized, soft and absorbent. My hubs who never cares about anything even mentioned how much he likes them. Word to the wise, they take a little longer in the dryer—totally worth it. Read more

Customer service not helpful
I received an email stating my package was delivered. When I checked it was not at my door. I emailed the seller asap to inform them the package was not delivered (there wasn't even a photo attached with the email). This was the sellers response: "We have researched your order using the tracking number associated with the shipment and we do see that it's showing as delivered. To help resolve this matter swiftly, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to UPS with your tracking number" Kind of ridiculous that I had to do their leg work in finding where my package was. They were not helpful. My package was delivered... 3 buildings down the street. I'm lucky the person was kind enough to bring it to me. As for the towels, they are super soft & fluffy BUT even though they are super long length wise, the width is super short. Read more
