I’ve tried shoulder braces before but they’ve always fit poorly. I have chronic shoulder pain so I don’t want to give up. Every few months or more I look for something different and this time I found this one that looked right. Sure enough it fits well in all directions, has many easy ways to adjust and isn’t confusing or awkward to put on by myself. It keeps my shoulder immobilized but gives me just enough room to move so I can use use my hand and lower arm if I have to and doesn’t slip off my shoulder if I do move. Perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It has adjustable straps, and the grey part on top is adjustable as well, for added compression. (I think someone in the Q/A section said it was an ice/heat pack holder. I haven't tried it for this purpose, but I suppose it would work for that!). Unless you are quite a bit bigger than the average person, you shouldn't have any problem with the straps not being large enough. They are plenty long. And, as a female on the thinner side, they are almost too long. But this provides exactly the support I am looking for. I had spinal fusion surgery a couple of years ago (C5 and C6), and occasionally still have issues with my shoulder when I overwork it. This helped the pain almost immediately, and gave the muscles a chance to relax. After just a couple of days, the shoulder pain was gone again! Very happy! Read more
Seems well made, but it runs very small. I’m not huge by any means and the cuff was too tight on my arm. If you’re small/medium sized person it would work great though. Definitely not one size fits all or even most though. Read more
I am a small lady – 110 pounds, with inflammation In the right shoulder. I really couldn’t do activity with this brace as it is way too large. The ice pack compartment is small but I can slide a bigger gel ice pack under the brace and the brace holds it in place so that is what I use it for . I have to sit in the chair and use it while I am reading or watching TV. Read more
I think any brace will be somewhat awkward and uncomfortable at times. Overall it is very sturdy and clean in its design. Keeps my shoulder more stable. I dont take it apart. I slide it over my head which is hard. It helps to have someone help you connect the straps. Read more

Beat my expectations. I suffer from Ehlers Danlos and struggle with lax joints. I bought this brace put of desperation to stabilize my shoulder; it works! It does limit my mobility and kept my shoulder in place. I have low muscle tone as well and a petite frame. The straps adjust to size and fit my 100lb 5'3 frame. Well worth the price.
