We have purchased MANY of these over the years - always for our boys' toys. They usually get accidentally broken long before the warranty ends So we have used these warranties quite a few times. It is completely legit and we have always gotten our money back. We also used it last month for our printer and just a week ago for a necklace. Filing a claim is a tiny bit of a hassle. I do it online and then almost every single time they tell me I need to instead call the number they give me or do an online chat. But as soon as I call/chat it is immediately handled.
